- Objective:
To empower 400 women and girls in District Sialkot by providing them with essential Information and Communication Technology (ICT) skills. This initiative aims to equip participants with the tools needed to secure employment, grow their micro/small businesses, and achieve financial independence. - Expected Outcomes:
1. ICT Proficiency for Employment and Business Growth:
– 400 women and girls will acquire basic ICT skills, enabling them to find jobs or enhance their online/physical small-scale businesses.
2. Advanced ICT Skills Development:
– 200 participants will advance to professional-level ICT training, equipping them for better job opportunities and more effective business promotion in both online and physical markets.
3. Direct Employment Opportunities:
– 160 women and girls will secure online jobs or gainful employment in local industries and businesses.
4. Entrepreneurial Ventures:
– 40 participants will establish ICT-driven micro/small businesses, creating a pathway for self-reliance and community impact.
5. Continuing Efforts:
– The remaining 200 trained participants will continue striving to explore and access sustainable income-generating avenues.
