Urban and semi-urban areas of Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad, with outreach programs in neighboring rural regions.


Objective:
To empower 300 women by fostering entrepreneurial skills, guiding them through business idea development, and providing resources to launch sustainable micro and small enterprises.


Key Components of the Project:

  1. Business Ideation Workshops:

    • Conduct workshops to teach women how to identify viable business opportunities based on market needs and personal skills.
    • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas tailored to local demands.
  2. Entrepreneurial Skill Building:

    • Provide training in business planning, marketing, financial management, and customer relations.
    • Introduce participants to digital tools for e-commerce, social media marketing, and financial tracking.
  3. Mentorship and Networking:

    • Pair participants with successful women entrepreneurs and business mentors for guidance.
    • Organize networking events to connect participants with industry leaders and investors.
  4. Access to Capital:

    • Facilitate microloans and grants to help participants kickstart their businesses.
    • Guide participants in developing strong business proposals to attract funding.
  5. Market Access and Promotion:

    • Organize trade fairs and exhibitions for participants to showcase their products and services.
    • Provide support in creating online stores and leveraging digital platforms for sales.
